Terms and Conditions

Participation is open to both independent and established musicians. You must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent if under 18. You must own or have rights to the music you submit.

We accept the following formats across all music genres:

• Original musical compositions
   
• Instrumentals
   
• Vocal recordings
   
• Full songs (Please indicate whether you're submitting vocals, tracks, or both)
   

You must ensure that your submission does not infringe on any copyrights, trademarks, or third-party rights.

Revenue from successful placements will be divided as follows:

• 50% to the Artist (you)
   
• 25% to Play Guarantee
   
• 25% to the project partner (e.g., film, podcast, or commercial producer)
   

You retain the copyright to your work. By participating, you grant us and the selected project partners a non-exclusive license to use your submission for promotional and placement purposes.

Upon acceptance, Play Guarantee will provide:

• Playlist features on curated platforms
   
• Exposure to music supervisors, producers, and agencies
   
• Streaming opportunities and royalty collection (where applicable)
   

Participation includes a guaranteed opportunity for sync placement. However, final placement medium (e.g., TV, film, ad, podcast) may vary based on project alignment and demand.

We reserve the right to terminate your participation at any time if you breach these Terms or submit content that violates applicable laws or third-party rights.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued participation after changes implies acceptance of the revised Terms.
